It is my hope that these podcasts will serve as a bridge to connect the wisdoms of the past with the needs of today’s seekers. Your host Pascale Chambers, has been teaching meditation and yoga for the past 17 years. She became a disciple of Roy Eugene Davis in 2015 and began teaching Kriya Yoga in 2017. She is a certified hatha yoga instructor and ordained minister. She conducts talks and classes on meditation, hatha yoga, yoga philosophy and healthy lifestyle principles. It is her joy to share the teachings of Kriya Yoga and the wisdom of its practices with those called to this path.
